Ultra Isolation Transformers
We offer ultra isolation transformers, special purpose transformers and distribution transformers that are manufactured according to the international standards for safety and efficiency. These transformers are designed to provide constant voltage over a long period of time, which is a prerequisite feature for industrial and commercial units. Moreover, these transformers provide noiseless operations. Our range of transformers is offered in configurations to meet the varied requirements of our customers.

The overall function of the Ultra Isolation transformers is to deliver conditioned power to a nonlinear high-harmonic current load and operate at safe temperatures while minimizing the harmonic current delivered to the power grid. The transformers isolates sensitive equipment's from Line Voltage transients, spikes & D.C Leakage etc.

Our range of Ultra Isolation transformers are designed for sensitive critical equipments like computers & peripherals, medical instrumentation, digital communication telemetry systems, CNC Machines etc.

Our Ultra Isolation transformers is based on multiple shielding technique to reduce the inter winding capacitance below 0.005 Pico farad and increase D.C Isolation to over 1000 Mega-ohms.

Technically, any transformers that have no direct current path between its primary & secondary windings provides Isolation. Other commonly used transformers, even if they have separate primary & secondary winding are intended to convert the input voltage to a more useful level & do very little to attenuate the passage of noise or transients from primary to secondary.

Both the transformers are separately wound and are substantially different in construction, specifications & performance characteristics. In shielded transformer, Four Low impedance paths exist for noises to pass to secondary & vise versa.

These paths include the following :

Special Purpose Transformers
