Servo Voltage Stabilizer
Our range of servo voltage stabilizers
comes with patented wire drive and roll brush and can regulate wide range of
voltages. These voltage stabilizers have a long life and requires minimum
maintenance.
The stabilizers consist of heavy-duty transformers for continuous use. The
range of servo voltage stabilizers are available in different power ratings
and specifications.
Types of Servo Voltage
Stabilizers
We offer a wide range of Automatic Voltage Controllers for electrical
disturbances such as high frequency interference, voltage spikes, black out
and more. Available for different applications, the Automatic Voltage
Controllers include the following:
- Unbalanced Type AVC
- Balanced Type Automatic Voltage Controller
- AVC with Bypass arrangement
- Automatic Voltage Controller with Isolation

Linear, plus/minus type vertical rolling :
Our servo voltage stabilizers are made from electrolytic grade rectangular
copper strip instead of copper wire. This minimizes the loss and ensures
smooth and safe operation of the connected equipment.
We use self-lubricating Carbon Roller Assemblies instead of ordinary Carbon
Brushes for reliable and trouble free performance.
Double wound buck/boost type series :
This type of transformers is made from CRGO lamination to minimize iron
losses. The coils of the buck/boost transformers are wound with heavy
section of multi strips electrolytic copper that minimizes the copper loss
and enhances the overall efficiency of the equipment.
Electronic control circuit and meter panel :
The servo voltage stabilizers consist of simple electronic control voltage
circuit for monitoring and controlling voltage. The system requires minimum
maintenance and can easily be repaired. The regulator and buck/boost
transformer are oil cooled, housed in same or separate sheet steel tanks.
Based on the IS specifications, the coils of voltage regulator &
buck/boost transformers are vacuum impregnated and oven dried. Radiators are
provided in the system for effective cooling.

Salient Features
Efficiency
Our range of stabilizers is known to provide greater efficiency of more
than 98-99% in comparison to 93-97% of conventional stabilizers are
available in the market. A 500 kVA conventional type stabilizer will consume
additional power and the overload may result excessive burden of Rs. 80,000
p.a. (even when running at 60% load and 20 hours a day.
Longer Service Life
The service life of our stabilizers is more than 10/15 years at full load
in comparison to 2/3 years of conventional make stabilizers.
Duty Cycle
Our heavy-duty industrial stabilizers are ideally suited for 100% load
continuous duty cycle. These stabilizers are installed for running load of
200 kVA to 400 kVA/500 kVA.
Guarantee
Our stabilizers are backed by 5 years of unconditional guarantee period as
compared to 1-year guarantee of conventional stabilizers.
Pay Back
The Pay Back period for the cost of POWER'S Servo Voltage Stabilizer is
from 6-12 months, depending upon the input voltage variation and number of
working hours of the plant. The HIGHER the input voltage the SHORTER will be
the payback Period.
Servicing
We have a wide spread service network to ensure cost-effective performance
and long service life of the stabilizers. The service engineers regularly
visit client site for routine check up and provide technical assistance for
maintenance of the system.
Temperature Rise
Our servo voltage stabilizers can efficiently handle temperature rise up to
35-40 degree Celsius, while the maximum limit is 50 degree Celsius.
Core
The core is constructed from low loss, cold rolled, grain oriented,
annealed laminations of electrical sheet steel conforming to the latest
international standards. Special frame is built in-house for clamping the
core to reduce the magnetic noise while making the whole structure rigid and
robust.
Winding
Coils are wound with paper covered electrolytic grade copper strip or
synthetic enameled copper conductors. The cooling ducts in the coil keeps
hot spot temperature as low as possible. These coils are dried in electric
ovens. Rigid connection support and coil clamping is provided to ensure high
short circuit strength.
Insulation
For complete insulation, we use best quality of Pre-compressed PARMALI
board and JAPANESE insulation paper.
Oil
Oil tested for resistivity, dielectric and acidic characteristic conforming
to IS 335. The oil is filtered thoroughly before topping up.
Tanks and Paint
The tanks are fabricated from M. Steel Plated/Sheets with automatic bracing
& stiffeners. The external surface are primarily coated with epoxy and
the finishing is achieved by epoxy painting for longer life.
Meters & Control Systems
AE meters provide precise measurement while control systems offers ease of
operation.

Voltage Regulators
A Voltage Regulator is used wherever the
unregulated voltage would vary more than can be tolerated by the electrical
equipment. Alternating-current distribution feeders use regulators to keep
the voltage supplied to the user within a prescribed range. Our range of
voltage regulators can supply fixed input voltage 400V and can have output
from 0 to any desired voltage. These regulators are required for testing of
motors, TRF, electrical machines etc.
We offer custom designed Voltage Regulators in power rating up to 5000 A.
